At Posh By V, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Posh By V tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange shipment within 3-5 business days.
